Mrs. Eichholtz, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Lynn University earned her Bachelor of Science in Education with additional Early Childhood courses in December 1994. She also holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership having graduated Magna Cum Laude in June 1996. She was employed as a Kindergarten teacher for 7 years in the Broward County School system and one year as a reading acceleration teacher.
Because of her strong belief in Catholic education, she left the public system in order to accept the Kindergarten teaching position at MHOC.
Mrs. Eichholtz resides in Coral Springs with her husband, Jeff and their two children. Both children are students at Mary Help of Christians and their family has been active members of the MHOC parish family for several years.
